Challanges & initial situation

As a buyer in a highly competitive market, the company was faced with the challenge of not only negotiating the best conditions for its products, but also increasing the efficiency of its procurement processes in the long term. In particular, the optimization of cardboard procurement was a central concern. 

Goals of the cooperation

The collaboration with PAXLY was intended to provide a solution to make the procurement of cardboard packaging more efficient and transparent.

By using the PAXLY software, Finke not only wanted to standardize the specifications of the cardboard packaging, but also to realign the entire tendering process in order to achieve sustainable cost savings and process optimizations.

Thanks to PAXLY, Finke was able to realize significant cost savings. The software's transparent price analysis made it possible to track price developments on the market and thus check price increases by suppliers.
