Your Role
You're the central interface between customers, sales, product management, and IT. Our procurement software transforms packaging purchasing – and you ensure our customers get maximum value from the platform.
Your Responsibilities
- Customer Management & Project Control – Guide customers through their entire lifecycle
- Structured Onboarding – Systematically introduce new customers to the software
- Procurement Project Planning – Coordinate purchasing and optimization projects in packaging
- Support Negotiation Strategies – Keep strategic goals in sight during procurement projects
- Support Sales Team – Help win customers with expertise and product demos

Must-have:
- Strong communication and customer orientation
- Technical affinity and confident use of digital systems
- Multitasking ability and organizational talent
- Persuasiveness and clear presence in negotiations
- Solution-oriented, team-capable work style
Nice-to-have:
- Experience in the packaging industry
- Procurement experience or understanding
