Honestly: "We don't have the capacity to mentor someone who needs hand-holding." You'll start with smaller tasks and take over complete features end-to-end within months.

Your Role

Develop features on our Java/Angular platform used by paying customers. Grow from smaller tasks to full feature ownership. Work on a real product solving real problems.

What You Bring

Must-have:

Solid CS fundamentals (data structures, algorithms, "how things actually work")
Experience with Java or Angular (university projects, internships count)
Demonstrated coding experience (portfolio/GitHub preferred)
Self-driven and curious
Professional English and at least B2 German

Nice-to-have:

Smart use of AI coding tools (with understanding of the code behind it)
Interest in modern AI approaches (LLMs, prompt engineering)
