Customer Success Manager (m/f/d)

Your Role

You're the central interface between customers, sales, product management, and IT. Our procurement software transforms packaging purchasing – and you ensure our customers get maximum value from the platform.

Your Responsibilities

• Customer Management & Project Control – Guide customers through their entire lifecycle, from implementation to ongoing operations
• Onboarding & Implementation – Systematically introduce new customers to the software
• Project Planning & Execution – Organize and manage purchasing and optimization projects in packaging
• Negotiation & Procurement Expertise – Support strategic goals for procurement projects, conduct independent negotiations
• Cross-functional Collaboration – Work closely with sales, product, and IT
• Sales Support – Help win customers with expertise and product demos

What You Bring

Must-have:

• Technical understanding of packaging, ideally flexible packaging
• Knowledge of tender processes in the packaging sector
• Strong communication and customer orientation
• Digital competence – confidently guide customers through software solutions
• Project management skills across multiple parallel projects
• Procurement experience and understanding of purchasing goals
• Negotiation strength with clear presence and reliability

Nice-to-have:

• Experience in the packaging industry
• B2B SaaS experience
